Learn about relationships among fungi, soil microorganisms, and plants while helping care for the Fungal Forest along the Greenway.
Volunteer activities may include removing invasive plants, caring for native trees, spreading wood chips and leaf mulch, cleaning up litter, and inoculating logs with fungi.
This free event is bilingual in Spanish and English, family-friendly, and suitable for beginners. Children are welcome with a parent or guardian. Tools, water, and snacks will be provided.
