Art, Ecology & Community: Woonasquatucket Watershed Quilt Reveal in Providence
Join 15 Minute Field Trips for the official unveiling of the Woonasquatucket Watershed Community Quilt at Farm Fresh Rhode Island in Providence.
Created by nearly 50 artists, the quilt celebrates the watershed’s flora, fauna, and funga through many different creative perspectives. Come see how art can help us notice, understand, and connect with the living communities around us.
The unveiling will be followed by a lively PechaKucha presentation. Bring friends and spend a summer evening celebrating local art, ecology, and community.
PechaKucha begins at 7:20 pm, and presentations kick off at 8:20 pm.
