AUGUST 2026 TNC & ASRI Properties Survey

Join the survey team!

This is a great opportunity to learn in smaller, more intimate groups than in our larger forays.

Groups of 4-5 members will join a group leader in surveying TNC and ASRI properties throughout the year to document what fungi we find as the seasons change in these locations.

These dates are subject to change -  this is the tentative schedule for TNC Surveys for the month of AUGUST

August 11 - 2 PM

August 13 - 2 PM 

August 19 - 2 PM 

You will receive an email confirmation to let you know that you are signed up, and I generally send the finalized location 1-2 days prior to the survey to update the location.

We limit the number of people participating on survey days to minimize the impact on the environment and for ease of data collection - you will be notified by email if you have a spot in the survey that you are interested in.

Each of these survey events will be an approximately 2-3 mile and roughly 2-3 hour walk in the woods, often leaving the trail. If you are not comfortable with bushwhacking, rough terrain, and ticks, this project may not be for you.
